Have used these batteries for several years now, and their use has always ended because the flimsy micro USB port fails, can we please start using sturdier charging ports.
I purchased two of these iSticks for my wife because she loves the fact that they are slim and lightweight, that plus she's able to grip them better with her arthritic hand. That said, one of the batteries suddenly stopped working, it wasn't flat and it wouldn't accept a charge either in fact it didn't matter what I did with it I just couldn't get it to respond at all. So my wife contacted eLeaf and spoke to one of their representatives who promptly told her that there was nothing he could do because it was out of warranty, but it wasn't there was still 3 days left, so I called eLeaf and spoke to a really lovely young lady named Abbie who was so apologetic for the failure of the product and promised to send out a replacement the following day - thank you Abbie, 1st class customer service
